STRIKE 3 PACKAGE $75 

• Available to anyone nationwide.  
• Detailed video analysis with recommendations on how to improve throwing mechanics.  
• Customized exercises and/or drills provided to improve your athlete’s throwing.  
• Video of the athlete throwing from the front, the back and the side must be sent.
• Unlimited communication and continued video analysis for 1 baseball season

BACKWARDS K PACKAGE $150 

• Available to local athletes only. 
• Approximately 60 minutes.
• In person evaluation including assessment of athlete’s movement patterns, strength, range of motion tests and live video analysis. Immediate feedback provided as well as a detailed analysis.
• Customized exercises and/or drills provided to improve your athlete’s throwing.  
• Unlimited communication and continued video analysis for 1 baseball season

• This package is available to teams and is 100% free. 
• Ideal for youth athletes grade 6 through high school.
•  Pre-season: Attend practice and pull each athlete out of practice for approximately 5 minutes. Conduct measurements of the athlete’s strength and take video of specific movement patterns. Each athlete receives a copy of their results and advice on how to improve possible deficiencies to help prevent injuries. Where a pattern exists amongst several athletes on the team, I will partner with the coach and offer exercises to improve overall team strength.
